We had to curb our hate mail enthusiasm when we first read Road&Track's review of the new Mercedes-Benz S 63 AMG juggernaut.
Not because it's poorly written or anything, because that clearly isn't the case here, but even a well written review can be annoying when it gives the reader the impression that its editor didn't quite put his heart and soul into it.
We are talking about the Magic Body Control apparently doing its thing in an S 63 AMG 4Matic, even though we thought that the lack of the system in all-wheel drive S-Classes was common knowledge, as Mercedes-Benz couldn't make room for it.
That, and the fact that instead of the S 63 AMG's interior we are shown the dashboard of a right hand drive CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake by Spencer Hart pretty much made us not finish the review the first time we read it. We encourage you to read all of it though, so you can leave our hating aside and make your own opinion about this 'merican test drive of an European car.
