Totally amazing us once again, several wealthy Russians found a neat way to commute and skip the notoriously bad Moscow traffic.
They used ambulances. No, they don’t harm themselves to benefit from the medical services. Actually they payd for this exclusive service. And again no, the ambulances were not part of the medical system.

Several companies were advertising on the Internet this kind of services, and for about 6,000 rubles ($200) per hour, they would transport you with realistic looking “home made” ambulances anywhere around town, using lights and sirens to scatter traffic away.

The charade was discovered when the police pulled over one of those fakes and noticed that the driver doesn’t seem to meet the requirements for the job. They were more surprised when they opened the back doors to find some gentlemen accommodated in leather trimmed interior, rather than stretchers and medical equipment.
