Russian Garbage Truck Spills Load Onto the Street

Garbage collection definitely never seemed like a particularly interesting job for anybody, so we suspect that the people who operate in this line of work are often frustrated by the lack of diversity that they decide to balance their fully-laden trucks on two wheels while going around corners- they fail.
Why would anybody want to drive a garbage truck so quickly? Is there a rush to take the rubbish to be ‘recycled’ ? We think not, and furthermore, it should really be done carefully, as it would definitely ruin one’s day to be walking on the sidewalk one second, and having week-old leftovers stuck in your hair and shards of broken vodka bottles pinned to your clothes.

We watched this one quite a few times and amused ourselves at how the truck’s very high center of gravity makes it topple over like that. We may have seen this in Russia, once or twice. However, there is another theory altogether - they are practicing their ‘quick-unload’ maneuver to speed up their work further, but they haven't chosen the best place to practice.
