Having ended the four door sedan production, the M3 can now be ordered only as a Coupe or a Convertible. However, if you really want an E90 M3 sedan you can contact the guys over at RS-Racingteam, which are offering new models of the renowned sports saloon.
You have 3 options: you can go for a regular, slightly improved model for about €80.000 ($105,000), you can go for a street legal race model, for which the price hasn’t been disclosed yet, or you can go for the race car which has a price tag of €110,000 ($145,000).
This last version is 190 kg lighter than the factory version, has a full rollcage, front bucket seats and a 6 point harness. Regarding stopping power, RS fixed new racing brakes with steel flex brake lines to keep “the beast” in check. Also included are 19 inch ATS Superlight forged wheels and a 10 way adjustable Bilstein suspension.
Depending on what model you choose, the tuner can set your engine to deliver from 420 HP to 450 HP. It may not seem like much, but when your car is lighter by 190 kg, that small power increase just might be decisive.
