After various other renderings showing the new MINI Cooper in different variations, today we’re bringing you yet another one. Today’s creation belongs to Theophilus Chin and is his take on how a Cooper S Coupe could look like.
Unfortunately, according to the latest inside info, the Coupe and Roadster versions of the MINI will be dropped in the new future and therefore this rendering serves no purpose.
Even so, we still find it interesting, as it is done professionally, keeping ever bit of MINI character intact. Actually, the only part changed in this rendering is the roof that was flawlessly added to the mix from a Mk2 model.
Since the car in the photos claims to be an S model, it would be fitted with a 2-liter turbocharged engine making 192 HP and 280 Nm (300 Nm with overboost) of torque. Having 2 less seats in the back, it would allow it to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill in less than the Hatch’s 6.8 seconds.
