Protect Your iPod with Tire-Themed Case

iPods are extremely popular nowadays and recent studies have shown that next car models will incorporate such devices as standard, mostly thanks to the increasing demand on most markets. That's why numerous companies around the world started developing more or less complex iPods accessories that would fit in your car and would provide additional features beside the ones offered by the Apple gadget. The best example is given by Gear4, a manufacturer that built tire-themed cases for most Apple devices, including iPhones, iPods Touch and iPods Nano.

Obviously, the main goal of the case is to protect your gadget but, in comparison with other similar accessories, it also improves the look of the product and enhances its grip. However, it still offers full access to the touchscreen/regular display as well as the buttons, so you don't have to worry that it may change the way you use the gadget.

Such an accessory would be welcomed, especially when driving on tough roads where your iPod could easily jump off its dock and get damaged. Sure, there is a huge number of iPod protectors out there but, in case you're a real car-lover, the tire-themed one would be a great accessory. Moreover, in case you own one of the recently-launched Apple devices like the iPhone 3G, such a product that would be able to protect your device is a must have.

The case is only available in black and can be purchased from several online retailers for as much as 20 pounds (35 dollars) which is quite a good price considering the looks.
