Instead of rolling the Panamera Sport Turismo into the Los Angeles Auto Show, through the ‘back door’ and from the back of a truck, Porsche have opted to show it off to everybody, and the car has been spotted on the streets of LA, just prior to it being displayed at the motor show.
Furthermore, its hybrid drivetrain will undoubtedly be more appreciated in California, more than any other state in the US. The drivetrain itself is comprised of a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 which delivers 333 hp, and a 95 hp electric motor, thus giving the car a total output of 416 hp. With 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) coming up in well under six seconds, and with an electric-only range of 30 km at a maximum speed of 130 km/h, the Sport Turismo really makes a case for itself.

It can also reportedly use less than 3.5 l/100 km of gasoline, when driven with care, so it satisfies both the need for good fuel efficiency, as well as performance. Also, the new shooting brake design is much more handsome than that of the current Panamera, which is quite awkward, so if this shows what the future model will look like, we have all the more reason to be excited.
