This Miami Beach police officer must have had a really bad day the moment he pulled over a biker for having his license plate folded up and flipped. Even though the young motorcyclist seems to be quite normal, the cop loses his nerve and keeps swearing and threatening him.

Fortunately you can’t really hear us singing Daniel Powter’s big hit, but this is the song that came into our mind when we found this video. It seems it was filmed with the young biker’s GoPro camera who probably had it on and forgot about it the moment the cop totally lost it. Or didn’t he?

He later explained viewers he did indeed get sarcastic with the officer, but only when the police man decied to fine him with $1,000 for the license plate.
Angry cop or foolish punk?
Either way, you have to admit that is just the perfect example of a police misconduct behaviour. After all, if a cop is not able to handle a 20-year old should we trust him he’ll be cope with a real criminal? Albert claims the argument started when, instead of giving him a warning, the police officer told him to go back to school and take physics lesson because he said the license plate flipped up by itself considering it’s on there with zip-ties.
Are we looking at a punk who likes to fool around or just a police officer having a bad day? We can’t really tell, but we’re pretty sure the video is worth seeing.
