Earlier this month, when the Pokemon Go crazy kicked off, we brought you a rendering of a Bugatti Veyron dressed for the occasion, talking about how awesome a car-related mod for the game would be.
Well, we're not there yet, but the pixel masters over at Carwow have delivered the next best thing. We're dealing with a set of digitally manipulated imagines that show what would happen if cars and Pokemons were blended.

It all starts with the Pikachu Nissan Juke - thanks to the enticing melange of on-road and rugged terrain abilities this compact Nissan provides, we've always supported the thing in its battle with those who consider its oddball styling is a crime. So we're happy to see the Juke getting the leading role.

Then there's the Charmander Porsche Cayman. Perhaps the Boxster would have suited this role even better, as we're talking about a creature that can easily get bullied over its less-than-aggressive aspect, but one that can effortlessly bring the big boys to their knees.

While the British illustrators have more than just two mashups for us, the point here is clear - at least for us car aficionados, such a Pokemon Go mod would reinvent the game. Here's to hoping somebody over at Niantic is listening.

Nevertheless, this wouldn't be the only change Pokemon Go could use. In fact, as we suggested earlier today, an update making the game safer would actually be a priority.

The app  works just fine, but it needs the kind of feature that would save people from themselves, as more and more people across the world are starting to get in trouble due to using the app while driving, riding or simply crossing the road. And it wouldn't be so hard to use the GPS for ensuring distracted... transportation is prevented, would it?
