Peugeot UK Launches Van Conversion Program

The British division of Peugeot announced today the launch of a dedicated conversion program for the Boxer, in order to further raise awareness and sales of the model in the local market. The Tipper and Dropside conversions are to be followed by other options later this year.

Four models will be available at launch, two Single Cabs and two Crew Cabs in the following versions: 335 L2 120 Tipper, 335 L3 120 Dropside and 335 Crew Cab L3 Tipper or Dropside.

“The choice of these four versions creates a simple range with the most effective combinations of payload and dimensions. It will also help reduce lead time for standard versions but still provide the flexibility to offer other combinations where required,” a company statement reads.

The Dropside range starts from GBP21,380, while the Tipper range starts from GBP21,995. All the vehicles are converted by Ingimex Ltd at their purpose built factory in Telford and all conversions carry a three year / 100,000 miles parts and labour warranty and comprehensive aftersales support.

A range of accessories can be fitted prior to delivery as well, such as mesh cages, tool boxes and lighting beacons. Also, a range of competitive Peugeot Contract Hire and Finance Lease rates is available on the vehicles.

The Peugeot Contract Hire figures are based on a 36-month agreement, non maintenance, allowing 10,000 miles per year with three initial rentals followed by 35 monthly rentals. According to the carmaker, all payments exclude VAT.

The Finance Lease rate is based on a 36-month agreement, with a GBP2,000 initial rental followed by 34 equal monthly payments plus a final payment.
