French automaker Peugeot has announced that the 508 Saloon and 508 SW will be available with a batch of significantly improved features for only a small increase in price.
While the “Access” trim received 16-inch alloy wheels and Bluetooth, the “Active Navigation” model gained 18-inch Naos alloy wheels, “GT” trim style fron grille, Connect Navigation, Connect SOS and Assistance, rear parking aid and electric folding door mirrors.
UK customers looking for an “Allure” model will receive it with Xenon directional headlamps, Peugeot Smartbeam Assistance, headlamp washers, LED daytime running lights and front parking aid sensors. Finally, the superior “GT” specification version will be delivered with 19-inch Capella alloy wheels and front parking aid sensors.
The aforementioned changes add an extra £200 to the 508 “Access”, “Active Navigation” and “Allure” trims, while the “GT” model will fetch an extra £400.
Along with these upgrades, Peugeot simplified the range by eliminating the “SR” trim.
