Paris Police Seizes Supercars Belonging to African 'Dictator'

Here’s a story that’s sure to be making the front pages of every Parisian newspaper. Police descended upon the supercar collection belonging to the son of Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo today and seized no fewer than 11 amazing and very expensive supercars.
These included a pair of Bugatti Veyrons, one blue and one chrome with maroon accents, a Ferrari Enzo and a Porsche Carrera GT.

These were seized and loaded from his residence at 42 Avenue Foch, which is quite close to the Arc de Triomphe. The owner is the son of the Equatorial Guinean president, who is being investigated for using state money to buy up properties in France. Thanks to the efforts of Alexmolik, we can also bring you this video of a Maserati MC12 being loaded up onto a trailer by the police.

We’re not in the business of speculating about political subjects, but we think this car collection would have been a good scene for a car chase movie. It’s sad to see that really dirty money can be used to buy cars with clean lines. We can’t help but feel that this is the wrong kind of playboy (if the accusations are true) to ride these proud beasts.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
