Overtaking safely is an art. One needs to calculate the speed of the oncoming car, the gap at one’s disposal and also whether or not whatever’s lurking under the bonnet is up for the job of getting you safely to the other side of the maneuver.
The guy in this video ignored all of the above and hit the car to his right as if his rear view mirrors were there just to make the car slightly less aerodynamic. It’s the same with indicating when changing lanes - some people can’t be bothered to do it and eventually, something bad will happen.
