Oprah Winfrey's 1996 Bentley Azure Is for Sale

Oprah Winfrey is one of the most famous and successful women on the planet, so she can have just about everything she has ever wanted. On her 42nd birthday, the object of her desires was a a 1996 Bentley Azure convertible, which she subsequently bought. That very car is now up for grabs on eBay and the current price is $67,900 to "buy it now".

Winfrey bought the car new for the grand sum of $335,000 from Braman Motors in Miami in early February 1996. Since then it has traveled over 49,000 miles, so it must have been a daily driver of sorts.

"The salesman who sold it to her is a friend and he said she came in on her (42) birthday with her pal, Gayle King, and said she was buying herself a birthday present," explained Mark Scarincio, owner of Boulevard Auto in Ft. Lauderdale, who listed the vehicle on eBay.

According to the description, Oprah has taken good care of the car, as the exterior is in pristine condition, and so is the interior, a sea of parchment-white leather that contrasts with the black piping and lambswool rugs. Among the best features on the car, we would mention heated seats, chrome wheels and an Alpine stereo.

The car has spent time in Beverly Hills, California, so it should be rust-free, and has had two other owners, including Boulevard Auto Sales, which put the vehicle on eBay.

"I figure some husband could be a big hero if he bought this vehicle for his wife since it belonged to Oprah," Scarincio said.
