Nissan Releases 2011 Altima Pricing

Nissan has announced the pricing for the 2011 Altima range that includes the Sedan, Coupe and Hybrid models that are already on sale in dealerships across the U.S.

The Altima comes with a choice of two petrol powerplants: the first one is a 175 hp 2.5 liter four cylinder, while the second is a 3.5 liter V6 that delivers 270 hp. The 2011 model year has seen the introduction of a new Special Edition Package. Other changes include three new exterior colors, Metallic Slate, Saharan Stone and Brilliant Silver (the Coupe doesn't get the second one)

The popular Nissan Altima Sedan, now in its fourth generation, provides an innovative combination of quality, exhilarating performance, sporty design and exceptional value in the mid-size sedan class. Again in 2011, Altima is available in a number of well-equipped models designed to appeal to a broad range of buyer needs and budgets, including 175-horsepower 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder and 270-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine equipped versions,” stated the press release.

The Altima Sedan can be yours starting from a price of $19,900 and climbs up to $24,740, while the Altima Coupe’s pricing ranges in between $22,940 and $40,100. The Altima Hybrid uses a 2.5 liter four-cylinder unit that works in conjunction with an electric motor/generator and employs an electronically controlled CVT. The 2011 Altima Hybrid has a starting price of $26,780.

The Altima Hybrid, which joined the Nissan lineup in the 2007 model year, continues to offer the efficiency and fuel economy of a hybrid drivetrain with the quality, performance and excitement typical of any Altima Sedan,” stated the press release.
