We continue our journey into the land of Makes No Sense, otherwise known as Japan. Yesterday, we brought you a car called the Note Rider, which is only available there, and today, we have another cool version of the supermini MPV.
This is the Note Axis, created by Autech, a Japanese tuner that's been in business since 1987. The Note was launched in Japan in 2012 and was available with the Axis body kit straight from any Japanese auto dealer.

The Note Axis is available in a very distinctive Aurora Mouve body color, matched with sharp 15-inch aluminum wheel from Autech, shod in 185/65R15 88S tires. There are other colors available as well, including Brilliant Silver, Super Black and Brilliant White Pear. But all models have the same black interior with black leather seats.

Getting behind the wheel of the Note Axis, you'll be greeted by a 3-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel and other non-standard goodies like silver window switches, 2 extra speakers for the rear seats creating better sound and the Nissan navigation system.

Overall, the Nissan Note Axis is a cool car that reminds us of Peugeot's 208 XY, both being finished in the same sort of color and offering lots of extra kit.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
