New Peugeot RCZ Commercial: Loves the Road, Loves the Camera

Peugeot's UK dealers have a lovely new toy to place at the head of the their showrooms. It's the new RCZ – better looking, better equipped but still retaining that lovely double-bubble roof that makes it so unique.
Peugeot's version of Audi TT was derived from the chassis of the 308 hatchback. This elegant two-door car was launched in May 2010 and received a complete styling makeover via the Paris Motor Show in 2012.

The facelifted coupe is available across the British dealer network with prices starting at £21,595 for the Sport level, an increase of £385 over the current model, while the higher GT grade starts at £23,995.

Even the base model is well equipped, with 18-inch wheels, dual-zone climate control and rear parking sensors. You can also spec optionally available sports seats with alcantara centers.

The higher grande RCZ GT gets with new design 19-inch wheels and the existing sports interior package, which adds port steering wheel and gear lever, plus leather seats.

We think the Peugeot deserves a lot more attention. It's built in Austria, comes with a 200 horsepower 1.6-liter turbo engine that was co-developed with MINI and its looks will blow you away.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
