New Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Walkaround

V12-powered cars are in a class of their own, simply because they offer a mechanical refinement that’s almost impossible to rival and the world has recently received a new member of this elite, the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG.

We’ll remind you that the long hood you are looking at conceals a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 powerplant that allows the driver to play with no less than 630 hp and 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque.

While these figures look great on paper, in the real world they mean that the throttle becomes a button for having fun, both in terms of G-forces and as an audio experience.
