The new teaser video of GRID 2 features Patrick Callahan, entrepreneur and founder of World Series Racing (the fictional motor racing championship that runs throughout GRID 2 racing game), as he speaks about his plans for a new motorsport series.
It will introduce players to two key racing clubs for which Patrick wants to recruit the best drivers from all around the world. That is where the players come in. Recruiting players with different styles and disciplines, the unified league will feature only one driving superstar in the end.
The in-game footage tease some American locations, like Street Racing in Chicago, Track Racing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Road Racing on California Coast, all featuring very realistic feeling and great detail.
The game is set to go on sale on May 28th (North America) and May 31st (Europe) this year, and is compatible with Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 systems.
