We’ve heard rumors that Poland’s supercar actually looks like a Lamborghini because it’s based on a Lambo replica car, and that’s a big no-no. Now, another country not known for building exotics has brought a new lightweight performance machine to our attention.
It’s called the Vencer Sarthe, it comes from Holland and looks a bit like the old McLaren F1. Time to “Google McLaren F1 replica”, isn’t it?

Unlike the F1, this is a two-seater sports car, built around a hybrid space frame chassis made from high-grade tubular steel. It’s even got ABS and EBD!

Power comes from a mid-mounted V8 that produces 510 PS and 480lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque, with power being sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. The standard sprint is dealt with in 3.8 seconds and top speed is 202 mph (326 km/h).

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
