Driving a car and not being focused enough is bad, but doing so in a crowded city is simply an accident waiting to happen. Since cars usually can't speed in busy traffic, bumping into another vehicle causes minor damages... unless some motorcycles or scooters are involved, too.
This video is a good example how fast can things go bad and how easy it is to extend the damage just by being distracted. Now,it's hard to tell whether the silver car in the front of the line signaled the turn or it was just a sudden move. However, the driver of the black car was clearly not paying enough attention.
What follows leaves little room for the scooter drivers to react. And even if they were to brake really hard, they'd probably have crashed anyway due to skidding. We've watched this video over and over and believe the black car is the main (even if not the only) cause for this crash.
