MINI Releases a New Kind of Guide for the 2015 Countryman

We’re simply laughing as we’re writing this post, having just watched the latest commercials posted online by MINI. In a daring attempt to make the new Countryman a lot more popular, the marketing guys up in Oxford (or maybe it was Munich?) came up with some really funny ideas that would focus on the extra features of the car.
Since the Countryman is nowhere close to the original idea of Sir Isaac Isigonis, the aim had to be on other things. While the original creator wanted a small car that would help you and your family keep going though times of financial burdens, the modern models are now bigger and more expensive than most cars on the road.

The first 4-door car that wore the winged badge on the bonnet is quite big, by anyone’s standards. However, that was whole idea behind it, even though they knew it would upset some of the fans of the brand.

Even so, the added practicality cannot be denied. Call the Countryman whatever you want but it has plenty of space for up to 5 people (as you’re about to see in the videos below), adjustable seats in the back and new engines that will do up to 58.9 mpg if you’re careful enough (another aspect exemplified in one of the videos).

Nothing new, you’d say, but the Countryman just got a refresh for 2015 and now has plenty more to show off with. New engines, new features and the ALL4 all-wheel drive system. We told you all about it before but now, it’s time to see part of them in action. Check them out.
