With less than a month before the highly-anticipated 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show kicks in, Mercedes-Benz has released two design sketches of the brand new 2014 GLA crossover.
In fact, the German company actually released two sketches of the concept version, as the drawings bare little resemblance with the camouflaged production car that was tested in Death Valley, California last month. However, they do tell us to stay tuned for something that’s coming soon, and our guess is we’re going to see the production GLA way before Frankfurt.
Not that we’re a gang of prophets here at autoevolution, but this is what happens. We know it, you know, they know it. So just sit back and relax for while longer, the GLA is almost here...
As a reminder, the Mercedes-Benz GLA crossover will be underpinned by the company’s front-wheel drive MFA platform, also used for the A-Class and B-Class models. Same goes for the engine lineup.
