The flagship model of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class range, the S 600, is apparently encountering difficulties when it comes to its start of production.
According to MB Passion, despite the model having been scheduled to start being manufactured from the middle of next month, will actually start production in mid April.
As the flagship model of the brand, the S 600 will be manufactured in the flagship Mercedes-Benz plant in Sindelfingen, alongside all the other upper-range and luxury class three-pointed star models.
There is no official word about the reasons for the delay in production, but we're guessing it must have something to do with suppliers, as the S 600 introduces a number of technologies compared with the regular S-Class.
There is also no information if the expected arrival in dealerships starting with July will be postponed because of this, but we will keep you posted if anything comes up. It must be pretty hard to be an over payed bank manager when reading this, isn't it?
