The moment that every successful bank manager and other various business men were waiting for in 2014 has finally arrived, as Mercedes-Benz has recently released the starting price for the recently-unveiled S 600 V222 model.
According to MB Passion, the pricing for the only twelve-cylinder S-Class apart from the 65 AMG model starts at a not-exactly-low EUR 164,279.50 in Germany, and it includes a 19 percent Value Added Tax (VAT).
As a comparison, the BMW 760Li is quite a bit more affordable, as it's pricing starts at “just” EUR 147,000.00 including VAT.
Nevertheless, the newly-launched Mercedes-Benz S 600 is way above the BMW in terms of cachet, new technology and safety features, comfort and last but not least, has identical performance figures.
In other words, it's equal or better than the 7 Series in every way possible, especially considering the fact that it's the much newer car. From what we hear, the new S 600 V222 is set to reach dealerships starting with July. For everything else, there's MasterCard.
