Mercedes-Benz’s new A45 AMG high-performance compact car goes on sale in the United Kingdom with prices starting from £37,845 OTR.
With first deliveries scheduled to commence in August, the new A45 AMG can be ordered across Great Britain as we speak. Powered by the remarcable turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, the compact AMG promises a great deal of fun thanks to its 360 HP and 450 Nm of torque. This means that the beefed-up A-Class can reach 62 mph from a standing start in just 4.6 seconds and achieve an electronically-limited top speed of 155 mph.
According to the German company, the £37,845 base model can be enhanced with an AMG Aerodynamics package and the AMG Performance Exhaust. Priced at £1,530 the body kit comes with a large front splitter and rear aerofoil, while the £510 exhaust provides “a more purposeful engine note”.
In addition, the A45 AMG is also available in a choice of eight exterior colors and three wheel designs in either 18 or 19-inch sizes.
