We know it's just a facelift, but the Mercedes ML started looking a lot cooler since we began calling it GLE instead. There have been plenty of aftermarket projects since the debut, but whenever Brabus releases something we like to share, because everything they make is so eye-catching.
So, without further ado, we give you an AMG model with all the vulgar trinkets we wish we could afford.

In addition to looking like the helmet of a Stormtrooper, the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 has been given the power to kickstart a star. Several tuning packages are available, the most extreme being the Brabus 850 6.0 BiTurbo.

As the name suggests, the V8 engine has been increased in capacity to six liters and output has grown to 850 PS. Torque. About as much as 10 regular cars: 1,450 Nm (1,069 lb-ft). All that power has made the massive SUV about as fast as a decent sportscar, as it's capable of reaching 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.8 seconds and continuing to a new limited top speed of 320 km/h (199 mph).

If you think that's too much power (we certainly do), there's a simpler update for the 5.5-liter bi-turbo with "only" 700 PS and 960 Nm (708 lb-ft) of torque.

On the cosmetics side of things, Brabus kept things simple and classy. A bright polar white paintjob is mixed with carbon black aero elements. These include everything from air intakes to skirts and spoilers. The Brabus grille looks even better than the standard Mercedes one and the 23-inch Monoblock wheels add a touch of class while making you wonder what the ride is like.

Around the back, Brabus' job included the trademark configuration for the exhaust system and a diffuser skirt. It's so high off the ground that we doubt it does much good, but it looks cool, with its F1-style light in the middle.

Hey, anybody who's crazy enough to go over 300 km/h (186 mph) in an SUV deserves to have an F1 taillight!
