The Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG is supposed to be an exciting high-performance compact class car, and the German automaker is trying to prove it in its latest clip.
Powered by an extreme 360 HP 2-liter turbo engine, thus making some amazing 180 HP per liter, the A45 AMG is astoundingly fast and quite agile on the track as we can see in the second half of the video.
"The A 45 AMG sees Mercedes-AMG embarking on a new era. For the first time in the company's history extending back over more than 45 years, Mercedes-Benz's performance brand is offering a fascinating high-performance vehicle in the compact class," said Mercedes-Benz.
Thanks to the exciting amount of power, the A45 AMG is said to reach an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds. Is it me, or it's getting chilly in here?
As we already told you yesterday, the A45 will be showcased at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show next month, with production to debut in April.
