Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale Pricing Released

Maserati has brought the GranTurismo MC Stradale to the Bologna Motor Show, using the occasion to announce the pricing of the vehicle. The Italian supercar will enter the market in March next year, so automotive enthusiasts don’t have to long too wait in order to get their hands on the temptress.

If you’re preparing to welcome the vehicle in your dream garage, you should be prepared to strip your bank account of EUR154,721 ($204,053 at the current exchange rate).

Let’s take a few moments to remember what you get for the money. We must start by mentioning that this is the quickest vehicle in the automotive producer’s range. The car borrows the GranTurismo S’ 4.7 liter V8 powerplant, but the engine comes with certain tweaks that allow it to deliver 450 hp and a peak torque of 530 Nm. The unit is mated to a revised MC Race Shift electro-actuated transaxle gearbox.

The vehicle has been put on a diet and tips the scales at 1770 kg. However this is not all, as the car also comes with a 48:52 weight distribution.

If the driver decide to play games, the vehicle will respond, hitting 62 mph from a standstill in 4.2 seconds and reaching a top speed of 186 mph (300 km/h).

The vehicle’s high-performance intentions are highlighted by multiple elements. We’d like to mention the fact that this is the first vehicle belonging to the Italian brand that features a Race mode for the electronics that control the driving dynamics. This is natural, if we consider that the car is expected to offer a street experience inspired by that delivered by Maserati’s GT4 and Trofeo race cars.
