Usually, when you buy yourself an SUV, one of the reasons you get it for include the off-road capabilities, right? Well, maybe that was the case once but today, few people actually care about it.
Actually, if you ask 10 owners maybe one or two of them would say that they do some real off-road driving. That’s because today, people buy this sort of cars mostly for the urban jungle.

That means that they’re actually looking just for statute, practicality and space inside. Sure, they could go with the X1 or X3 out of BMW’s line-up but those models are pretty old by now.

Not the same could be said about the X5, though. That’s because the F15 iteration is brand new and comes fitted with all sorts of tech bits that make your life easier.

In order to make hoping in and out of it easier, one owner decided to lower his Bimmer, using a set of H&R Sport lowering springs, installed at European Auto Source.

Apart from that obvious advantage, the car will now also have a lower center of gravity, allowing its owner to enjoy the 4.4-liter V8 engine under the bonnet even better.

450 HP and 650 Nm (480 lb-ft) of torque are plenty, even for a 2 ton car like the Sport Activity Vehicle from BMW that we even had the pleasure of testing a while back.
