The bad side of owning a luxury car is that you have to fuel it from the same pesky fuel pumps all the other lesser people are using. It's a nasty feeling, knowing that the nozzle that went into a $5,000 car is the same one that goes into the funnel of your $100,000 car.

For most of luxury car owners, that's a situation that will never change. For some lucky few, who live in Cuneo, Piemonte, Italy, that nasty feeling will never show its ugly face again. Because the guys there now have this: a gas station with a pedigree. (On the other hand, if you can afford a luxury car, perhaps going to Italy every week to use the luxurious pump is not so out of your reach. That would surely impress a friend or two.)

The respective station is probably the only one in the world that has been designed by an architect firm. As in an entire group of people worked on the project for quite some time, to create what they call a strong reference to the idea of travel, short or long-distance routes interrupted only by a few stops and then back on the road.

The name of the firm is Damilano Studio Architects. We have no idea whether they’re famous or not, 'cause we don't do architecture. But judging by what we see here, we can surely say these guys have a gift. One that might have been better used on a different project, but a gift nonetheless.

Word is the gas station is ready for business. So take your cars and off you go. Judging by how things are these days, probably the gas prices will be luxury as well.
