The fact that scooter riders speed like madmen on the streets of Eastern Asia is slowly becoming a common thing, but speeding beyond the rider's driving capabilities is definitely not a healthy habit.
With so many crash videos on the wire, we thought that these guys would chill a bit and drive more carefully, but we're definitely wrong. They'll most likely ignore pretty much anything bad which could happen to them or has already happened to others, and just hope for the best... while still speeding.
And that's why we get to see silly crashes like this one, causes by the most unfortunate combination between too much speed and obviously poor riding skills. Seeing the scooter smashing hard into a pillar inside the tunnel, we feared the worst, but this Taiwanese rider looks like he's simply alright. Not sure whether such luck can last forever, though...
