About 12 years have passed since the Chevrolet Corvette was available with a green paint job directly from GM, and the American company has reintroduced the color for the 2014 Stingray Coupe.
Dubbed Lime Rock Green, the new shade was already applied to one of the cars that Chevrolet decided to showcase at the Lone Start Classic Corvette event hosted by the Texas Motor Speedway, marking the vehicle’s first public appearance in this color.

The sportscar you’re about to see below, thanks to Youtube users “Tony Pittman” and “swhitaker08”, is a Z51 version equipped with 3LT Brownstone interior and chrome wheels. And we might add we really dig the Lime Rock Green C7 Vette, although the chromed rims aren’t exactly popular in our office.

As a reminder, the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray can be ordered in no less than then colors, including Black, Laguna Blue Tintcoat, Crystal Red Tintcoad, Cyber Gray Metallic, Night Race Blue Metallic, Torch Red, Blade Silver Metallic, Arctic White and Velocity Yellow Tintcoat. Rims come in three versions, Sterling Silver, Black and Chrome.

The seventh-generation Corvette is expected to go on sale at the end of the summer with prices starting from $51,995.
