The CSI Study measures customer satisfaction with dealerships. Based on a 1,000 point scale, Lexus managed to achieve 816 points, 65 more than Mercedes Benz and 137 more than the average scores, marking Lexus’ seventh consecutive year placing first in the Japanese CSI Study.

But the customers are not happy only with their dealership services, but also with their Lexus vehicles, as the automaker got first place in the APEAL (Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout) Study too. Also based on a 1,000 points scale, the study placed Lexus on first spot with 831, above Mercedes (787) and Audi (775).
