Unlike its parent automaker Toyota, Lexus had a better January, managing to post 19 percent increased sales in the US.
“January sales were off to a good start before the weather conditions slowed the industry pace. We expect the industry to bounce back in February,” Bill Fay says.

Lexus’ car sales went up 4.9 percent while the SUV class sales went further to 14.7 percent.

The most important vehicles that registered increased sales were the new Lexus IS with a massive 120% and the GX with 96.9 percent over the same month in 2013.

Slightly redesigning the Lexus CT was also a good plan, the model recording 29% increased sales last month.
