Probably our favorite concept car of the year is the Lexus LF-LC, a big, imposing coupe with some design features that nobody has ever seen before.
The LF-LC could potentially preview a large coupe built on the LS or GS platform, but the latest reports say chances for production are 50-50.

The concept car that was shown at this year’s Detroit Auto Show made its way back to Europe for a bit of show and tell at the 2012 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, where NM2255 and Marchettino caught this footage.

It’s interesting to see that the electric part of the hybrid powertrain makes this car almost silent. The LF-LC is a striking design and breathtaking in the attention to detail.

The Calty design team gave it stop lights that look like jet fighter afterburners, and a glass-to-glass C-pillar.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
