With all this talk about the return of inline 6-cylinder units on the M3 and the arrival of the M235i that is supposed to be the spiritual successor of the E46 M3, we couldn’t go one day further without drooling over such an iconic model.
Even today, the 3rd M3 model ever made is widely considered one of the best ever made for the feedback and cerebral feeling it gave its drivers. The CSL version was even crazier with all sorts of carbon fibre bits that made it lighter than ever.
This particular model is by no means stock though. It’s riding on some HRE 501 wheels in satin gold with huge chromed lips and a vintage look. The boot lid looks like it came from a CSL model whilst the suspension was definitely dropped for a different stance (I wouldn’t say necessarily better).
Judging from the sticker on the rear window, the car was done at European Auto Source and it was properly modified. It has Brembo brakes and Recaro seats inside and it’s looking absolutely dashing. Some some love!
