Land Rover Promotes 2013 Freelander 2 With Lots of Driving Footage

As far as automotive cliches go, promoting your vehicle, by showing wide angle shots of it being driven through various conditions and on various roads, is very high at the top of the list, yet this is exactly the approach taken by Land Rover in promoting the recently refreshed Freelander 2.
Aside from being useful as to give prospective buyers a chance to see the car from all possible angles, the video is otherwise rather stale and not that interesting to watch. However, aside from the poor quality of the presentation video, the Freelander 2 is still a good buy for those looking to get aboard the SUV train, yet don`t want to spend too much money on it - you can even get one with front-wheel drive nowadays, so that everybody can have one.

If kit is what you`re after, then the Freelander 2 delivers in that area, as well, featuring a new 7-inch touchscreen display with sat-nav, panoramic glass roof, real wood trim, premium audio system, leather upholstery and 19-inch rims - the last two are only available on the top spec HSE Lux trim. A new engine has also been added to the range, and it is the same 240 hp 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol unit which also powers the Evoque.
