Lancia Ypsilon Elefantino Freshens Up for the Summer

Emphasizing the link between the small city car from Turin and the world of Italian fashion, the updated Lancia Ypsilon Elefantino '14 Collection made its debut at the "Lancia Fashion Apartment" event in Milan. This update of the special edition B-segment hatchback includes three new exterior colors (Carrara Grey, Kaki Grey and Zaffiro Blue), complemented by three new color details packages (Waterlemon Red, Lime Yellow and White Coconut).

The latter give the possibility to paint the grille, mirrors and hub caps in either glossy black or matt grey. You can further personalize the Elefantino '14 with new special graphics packages, that change the aspect of the side pillars and wheel covers: polka dots for the White Coconut pack, camouflage graphics for the Lime Yellow and animal-themed graphics for the Watermelon Red.

As for interior customization, the Urban Chic pack accents the stitching throughout the cabin and the matches the Ypsilon logo on the seats with exterior color accents. The dashboard and door panels can also be painted in either glossy black or matt grey. In total, Lancia offers over 150 possible customization combination for the Ypsilon Elefantino '14 Collection.

Prices are more or less the same as the 2013 Collection models, starting at €13,100 for the entry-level Silver and top out at €14,400 for the S by MOMODESIGN version. Standard equipment includes a radio with CD/MP3 compatibility, leather wrapped steering wheel with radio controls, climate control, Blue&Me phone connectivity, leather accents for the gear knob, electric mirrors and chrome finish on the tail pipe.
