Lamborghini Releases Awesome “The Final Gallardo” Promo

We still remember when the Gallardo was lost. We were much younger, the inter was much slower and gas was really cheap. The last ten years have been one awesome rise to fame for this supercar, but it could have just as easily been shame.
When it was fresh, the Gallardo came with just 500PS from a controversial V10 which they didn’t know if people would like. It was a 5-lite based on Audi’s 4.2-liter V8 block but with two extra cylinders and developed by Cosworth.

Many years have passed since then, and the car has been revised in terms of styling, the engine, suspension, steering and gearbox, but it’s still the same kid at heart. For 2013, it got yet another revision, and the Lamborghini wants to let us know it’s the final version.

They’ve even created a special website, www.thefinalgallardo.com, and have released this promo video, which kind of makes us melancholic. But even though we love the V10 Lambo so much, its replacement can’t get here soon enough. After all, Ferrari has gone through three cars in the same period: 360 production ended in 2005, the 430 was killed off in 2009 and after that we got the 458 Italia.
