Welcome to the drag race from your wet dreams, the two current Lamborghini supercars facing off against each other on a long, empty runway. One is lighter and has 610 hp, the other is a V12 beast and has been slightly tuned. It should be interesting!
This battle of the bulls finally sees the LP610-4 Huracan measuring its strength against the older Aventador, which has two extra cylinders and 120 hp (90+30 from the tuning). It may seem like a foregone conclusion, like the V10 model has no chance. But every year, supercars get better and faster.
The one major advantage the Huracan has besides weight is the fact that it uses a twin-clutch gearbox. Both drivers have somewhat slow reaction times, but the telemetry equipment installed on the track compensate for that. Clock starts ticking when you leave the starting line not when lights go green. This is a quarter mile run done for entertainment value; this is a race to see which car is faster in the real world.
This Aventador was built by CZR Racing Team. The owner also has a 2000HP GT-R and an 800+ HP Audi TT. We’ve found another video where the Huracan battles an insane Civic that also belongs to CZR and loses badly. So if you’re undecided which Lambo to buy… go get a Civic instead.
