A recent report from Automobile Magazine sheds light about the future Lamborghini lineup. Apparently, the Aventador lineup will not be limited to just one model.
The first new version to arrive will arrive at the Detroit Auto Show in January and will be the Roadster, which will have a two-piece removable carbon fiber roof in a targa setup.
Next up is something called the Aventador GT, which will be shown in March 2013 at the Geneva Motor Show. It will have a 2+2 coupe setup, thanks to an extended wheelbase. Yes, it will be the Aventador for you and three of your lady-friends.
The third model is the SV or SuperVeloce, which will come with a 750 horsepower version of the 6.5-liter V12 in 2014. After the update for the Aventador will arrive in 2015, it will have even more power - 770 horsepower.
With these changes, the Aventador is sure to be the most successful V12 supercar that Lamborghini ever made.
