Kia Soul has added another member to their Originals line with the arrival of the new Soul Searcher. Joining the Burner, Shaker, Tempest and Echo, the Searcher offers bold colors and is made for people who want their cars to have their own personality.

The limited edition model will go on sale starting January 4th 2011 at Kia dealers across the UK network. Soul Searcher comes with stunning light green metallic paintwork, a high quality cream and brown full leather interior, chrome front grille, chrome door handles, roof rails, black bezel headlights, front and rear mud flaps as well as 18-inch silver alloy wheels.

The model also offers a long list of standard features, including handy reversing sensors, front fog lights, electric folding door mirrors and privacy glass. On the inside, the car sports bespoke brown and cream full leather upholstery, offset by a cream and black dashboard. Dual auto air conditioning and heated front seats keep you comfortable whatever the weather outside looks like, while an upgraded 8 speaker sound system (with subwoofer and external amplifier), Bluetooth and iPod connectivity ensure the Searcher is as entertaining as it is good to look at.

Power comes from a 1.6-litre CRDi diesel engine that is mated to either a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic box. A host of safety features protect occupant in case of a crash. They include six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Traction Control (TC). The Soul Searcher will be available in Britain, starting January 4th, 2011 at price of £16,965 OTR ($26,600) for the manual and £18,025 ($28,265) for the automatic (including VAT at the new 20% rate).
