Kia Soul Rock! Performed by Stunt Driving Team

Creative is the word that describes best the new video showing stunts performed with a several dozen Kia Souls, which was released on the Internet recently. From a man figure doing armwaves, to a Kia Soul figure rolling on a track, and ending with the recreation of the Soul logo, the stunt team does it all.

The stunts were performed by the Hyundai / Kia stunt driving team, which are known by the YouTube users for their interesting videos posted on the website.

Though at the end of the 1:29 video, the nearly 100 Soul vehicles used in the stunt are seen heading into the cargo ship for transport, Kia assured customers that none of those vehicles would be sold to the public.

Kia released the Soul model in 2008, and was heavily promoted by the South Korean manufacturer since then. One Soul was offered as a grand prize for the winner of the 2009 FIFA Interactive World Cup, then to reward the Xbox 360 gamers and a customized model for the winner of the Adult Swim Kia Soul Hense contest.

The 2010 Kia Soul provides an impressive range of standard safety features, including front seat active headrests, dual front advanced airbags, front seat-mounted and full-length side curtain airbags, Antilock Brake System (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Traction Control System (TCS), Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist System (BAS) and a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).

The Soul has two engine configurations available: a 1.6-liter developing 122 horsepower and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder unit producing 142 horsepower. The latter engine is available with either a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic transmission.
