We don’t know if we can call the all-new Kia Ray a kei car, since it’s not Japanese, but it definitely fits the description down to the last inch of its diminutive size. The automaker says the car that was revealed today offers “practicality, individuality and innovative design,” but we’re satisfied with just the look of the little box on wheels.
Apparently, the Ray is named after “the English word meaning a beam of radiant energy or light,” which means its meant to brighten up your day. This is kind of stange considering they had a hybrid concept called the Ray a while back. The design is typically interesting for Kia, and the grille and lights make it look like some sort of tropical fish.

Coop features include the smallest Kia wheels you’ve ever seen, LED daytime running lights and a set of sliding rear doors.
