Better known for the cruiser aftermarket seats, Corbin is not at all shy to work his magic on sport machines, either. The latest addition to Corbin’s line-up is the custom seat for Kawasaki’s Ninja 650, with saddles for both rider and pillion.
The high-density Comfort Cell foam Corbin traditionally uses helps for a better weight distribution and eliminates pressure points for a more comfortable position over prolonged periods of time. While the Corbin rider seat is a direct replacement for the OEM saddle thanks to the integrated mounting brackets, the shape has been revised.

The Fibertech basepan provides an updated shape for the rider’s position, with a less slanted surface and which thus prevents the sliding tendency during braking. The seat is covered in leather and comes with vinyl side panels for coherent looks and excellent grip. Carbon Fiber pattern also enhances the looks of the Kawasaki Ninja 650, and custom-color piping is available.

Now, while the rider saddle looks truly great, I would not say the same thing about the passenger seat. The rear saddle looks like a deflated ball squeezed in to the shape of a motorcycle seat and is rather contrasting with the Ninja’s aggressive design cues. To be even closer to reality, the rear sea looks like someone tried to fit a pillow on the tail section of a sport bike. Undoubtedly, the Corbin pillion saddle is way more comfortable than the stock one, but honestly, it looks terrible.

If you feel like adding more comfort to your 2012-2014 Kawasaki Ninja 650, the Corbin seats are available for $333 and $233 (€241 and €169) for the rider and pillion positions, respectively.
