The G37 was a replacement of the Infiniti G35 even if the only difference between them was the engine. It was first unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2009 in Europe and in Japan it was under the nameplate Nissan Skyline.
The G37x S is the latest addition to the Infiniti G Saloon line-up and it’s the first sport AWD in Infiniti’s G range. Also, until now just the GT was available with AWD.
Like its predecessors, the G37x S is powered by the 3.7-litre V6 which produces 316 hp. In combination with a 7-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifts it can reach 62 mph in approximately 6 seconds.
The car promises incredible performance and grip on the road with its AWD system disregarding the weather. It has a top speed of 149 mph and an official fuel consumption of 25.7 mpg.
For £38,979 you get the base model distinguished by red S badges, 18 inch wheels and smoked headlights. If you want to spend more, you can choose the multimedia option and you get a hi-tech navigation and music system, 10 speakers Bose, a HD touch screen and a reversing camera.
