Well, this may sound a bit arrogant, but sometimes we really think that driving licenses need some sort of IQ testing prior to being handed to people.
It's idiots like the driver in this video who cause such thinking... and such crashes. These guys seem to be unable to properly asses the most basic traffic scenarios and behave erratically, much to the dismay of other road users.
Hesitation and even more, failing to obey the basic road regulations are never going to produce a good result. And when we add a wet road and two-wheelers to the equation, it seems like a nasty crash is the only way the day could end. We can only hope the fallen rider did not sustain severe injuries, as we can see the car bucking as the rear wheel goes over one of the chap's feet.
