iClarkson App from Top Gear's Finest

We don't know if that's the case, but we would like to think that Jeremy Clarkson, the extremely hard to please Top Gear host, is the first human on the surface of this planet to get his own iPhone app. Yes, you read it right, if you haven't had enough of his rhetoric on the TV screen, you can now enjoy a bit of Clarkson all day, everyday, on your iPhone (or iPad, if you're an owner/fan).

The app itself, iClarkson , doesn't do all that much. It is, if you like, more of a book sum-up than an app as we have come to know the term. And the books chosen to get into the digital environment are... Clarkson's Driven to Distraction and Don't Stop Me Now.

Styled in the purest Top Gear way, the app can be used by anyone willing to pay some $7.99 as some type of a learning tool, Top Gear style. The app features photos, videos and Clarkson's preachings about a round 140 vehicles in existence or not.

Now, since Clarkson is described as “probably the world's leading writer on cars, motoring and, modern life as we know it,” the app might be worth a look and read cover to cover, as the saying goes.

If, however, you're not into reading all that much, you can try one of the apps other nice features, like firing a shell from a Challenger 2 Main Battle Tank or use the iBumper to insult other road users. List of the apps features below:
