Dubbed the HP Sport Sub 2, this ultra-compact underwater craft is as fast as it is smooth and could easily be considered the Ferrari of subs. It even has a Ferrari red paintjob.

Their latest creation comes with an attractive, but above all, safe and functional design. Featuring a new acrylic-steel pressure hull design, it’s 285 cm (9.3 ft) long and 235 cm (7.7 ft) wide and it has a much more streamline design and measures only 136 cm (4.5 ft) high.
As previous models, the red personal “submarine” won’t come cheap but imagine you’ll ride like a president, literally. Priced at $1,26 millions (EUR 1 million), this rich man toy won’t be available until 2015, so you have some time to get the money until then.

It weighs 2,200 kg
The luxury underwater craft has a 100-meter (330-feet) depth rating and weighs only 2,200 kg (4,850 lbs). Even though it can only carry the pilot and a passenger, it is able to stay below the water up to six hours. But get this, this baby is able to reach speeds of 3 knots (3.5 mph/ 5.6 km/h) on the surface and 2 knots (2.3 mph/ 3.7 km/h) when submerged in water. And that is the stock model.A $1.26 million toy
However, with some extra money you have the option to upgrade its power to 5 knots (5.7 mph, 9.3 km/h) on the surface and 3 knots underwater.
